Dan Bilzerian Responds To Accusations He Made His Money Via Trust Fund

Trending News: Dan Bilzerian Finally Clears The Air About How He Made His Millions

Long Story Short

Dan Bilzerian denied accusations that he sucks at poker and that he made all his money from trust funds. He still sucks in general, though.

Long Story

In January, we told you about a popular opinion on the internet that said Dan Bilzerian, a.k.a. The King of Instagram is a fraud. They say Dan B. actually sucks at poker and there’s no way he made his millions of dollars without trust fund money from his rich dad.

Well now the man himself has responded to critics, and if you’re someone who has been peddling that theory, this isn’t something you’re going to want to hear.

In an interview with Graham Bensinger, Bilzerian said he actually rejected trust fund money he was meant to get when he turned 30 and 35.

“I gave it all back… I gave it to my brother,” he said. “It was like, not a big deal… I never wanted something from somebody without being able to kind of reciprocate, I guess. So, my dad had like lost me some money on some deals, so… I took like a little bit from that and gave the rest away.”

Bilzerian also said he’s well aware of people who say he sucks at poker, adding that he’s actually been able to get in on more games due to the critics.

“For me, I just let people talk sh*t about my poker, and that I was bad and that I had a trust fund. ‘Cause that was all very helpful for me to get into these [poker] games,” he said. “I never cared if people thought that I was good. I never gave a sh*t how people thought that I got my money.”

I know if I was a rich guy who played poker, I’d totally try and invite a braggadocious guy like Danny B, who allegedly sucks, and then school him. So it depressingly makes sense that he was able to make a lot of money this way.

Danny B. also revealed in the extended interview that he plans to capitalize on the weed industry and that he’s hoping to do some substitute teaching in the near future. Doesn’t it sound appealing to send your kids to learn from a guy who chucks women off roofs and is somehow less modest about his money than our president? Yeah, would love to see that in a school recruitment pamphlet.

Oh and by the way, if you want to make Bilzerian $$ and aren’t good at poker or have a trust fund to rely on, developing these career skills or getting into these high-paying careers would be an excellent start.
